Sky Ryders placed top twelve in DCI Finals
for the first time in their corps history. Two DCI records were also
achieved in 1982: (1) Sky Ryders had the most DCI shows in Drum Corps
International history and in the same year all top twelve corps scored
above 80.00 in DCI Finals.
